aTr -,r' <br />a report on <br />Chairman of the an Res"uvrcg CeYinmiA4 e, 110 <br />the activities of the committee. <br />In keeping with the recommendation of the Human <br />Resources Committee, Commissioner Matthews moved that Mr. <br />Sherrill Normann, Jr. be appointed to the Library Board of <br />Trustees to complete the unexpired term of Mr. John Carney. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion and upon a vote, <br />it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved that the minutes of the <br />August 11, 1986, minutes be corrected to reflect the Board's <br />approval for the Department of Transportation to improve and <br />stabilize the road leading to the cemetery on the Lonnie <br />Alston property off Minter School Road instead of Womack <br />Cemetery as incorrectly indicated in the minutes. <br />Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr., seconded the motion and <br />upon a vote, it was unanimously adopted. <br />The various reports submitted to the Board were reviewed <br />and discussed. <br />The Chairman noted that the Board will hold an open <br />forum on November 17th to discuss the county's building <br />program. <br />Commissioner Cox advised the Board about the annual <br />Farm/City Banquet to be held November 24th at 6:00 at the <br />Lemon Springs Ruritan Club. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />CHAIRMAN <br />CL <br />
