Wicker <br />Raymond C. Cox, Jr. <br />Raymond C. Cox, Jr, and <br />John E. Dotterer <br />Gordon A. Wicker <br />Bertha L. Matthews <br />Bertha L. Matthews <br />Bertha L. Matthews <br />The Chairman read a letter from former Commissioner Jerry M. Almond, <br />thanking the Board for the gifts and reception held for him at the close of the <br />last meeting and expressing his pleasure in.serving on the Board with the other <br />Commissioners. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker brought up for discussion some of the <br />activities of the Industrial Development Corporation, Landfill equipment, and <br />work on the Carthage Street drainage project. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the Board seek to have the <br />road paved at the Landfill, utilizing state funds.
