c r ~L;,:: 92 ACE Alb `t° MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. Monday, December 15, 1986 The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened in the Commissioners Room, on the second floor of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North V Carolina, on Monday, December 15, 1986, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. Those present were Commissioners Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , John R. Dossenbach, Jr., John E. Dotterer, Bertha L. Matthews, and Gordon A. Wicker. The Chairman declared a quorum present and the meeting open for the transaction of business. Chairman John E. Dotterer presided and the following business was transacted: The invocation was given by Mr. Walter B. Hartman, Jr., the County Manager. The draft of the minutes of the meetings held on December 1st and 10th, were reviewed and considered. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews moved that the drafts presented be adopted as the official minutes for said meetings and be recorded. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote, it was unanimously adopted. The Chairman called upon Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., as Chairman of the Public Works Committee for a report. Commissioner Dossenbach reported that the committee met on December 10, 1986, and unanimously agreed to the following recommendations: 1. Approve preliminary plat for the Lonnie Thomas/ Grace T. Freeman Subdivision located in Cape Fear Township. 2. Approve the preliminary and final plats of the High Meadow Subdivision located in Lemon Springs. 3. Approve the abbreviated final plat of the Ed Carriger Subdivision located in Pocket Township.
