.OUK 12 132 <br />MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />m,m„m,x--^m, m, r-Tx, rm <br />Wednesday, January 7th, 1987 <br />The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners convened <br />in the Commissioners Room, Second Floor, County Office Building, 200 Wicker <br />Street, Sanford, North Carolina, on Wednesday, January 7, 1987, at 3:00 o'clock <br />p.m. , the same being the time, date and place specified in the motion of <br />adjournment . Those present were Commissioners Raymond C. Cox, Jr. ; <br />John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; John E. Dotterer; Bertha L. Matthews and Gordon <br />A. Wicker. The Chairman declared a quorum present and the meeting open <br />for the transaction of business. <br />Chairman John E. Dotterer presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr„ moved that the Board go into <br />executive session to consider personnel matters. Commissioner Raymond C. <br />Cox, Jr, seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The executive session was closed upon motion of Commissioner <br />Dossenbach, seconded by Commissioner Wicker, which motion was unanimously <br />adopted upon a vote. <br />The Chairman announced the Board took no formal action during the <br />executive session. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it was <br />resolved to adjourn the meeting until 3:00 o'clock p.m„ on Thursday, January <br />8, 1987, at the Commissioners Room, Second Floor, County Office Building, <br />200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina. The meeting adjourned in keeping <br />with the motion. <br />JOHN E.
