Tax -337,500 -16,780 -354,280 TOTAL CHANGE -16,780 Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Chairman Dotterer -reviewed the proposed rules and procedures for Boards of Commissioners as drafted by County Attorney R.R. Hoyle. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., moved that the procedures be adopted, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr., and upon a vote Commissioners Cox, Dossenbach, Dotterer and Matthews voted "Yes" and Commissioner Wicker voted "No". Chairman Dotterer ruled the motion adopted by a 4-to-1 majority vote. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., moved that the recently drafted procedure for snow and ice removal be approved, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews, and upon a vote was unanimously adopted. County Manager, Jim Mills, reported on recent seminars attended and other activities of his office. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the Board go on record in support of the concept of statewide bond issue to provide money for local use which motion was seconded by Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews and upon a vote was unani- mously adopted.
