acoK 12 C41 reported on the bids received to serve as the County depository. Based upon the more favorable terms and the recommendations of the Finance Officer, Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. , moved that the offer of Southern National Bank of N. C. to serve as the County's depository be accepted and that the appropriate resolution and procedures be implemented to make such change effective on July 1, 1987. Mr. Donn R. Gunderson, Director of the Department of Social Services appeared before the Board to request an appropriation of $10, 000. 00 for AFDC Emergency Assistance (Line Item 1100-5349-425).
