Mills, Sr. , County Manager, is granted authority to <br />execute all other documents associated with this Grant as the <br />County's Authorized representative. <br />Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , moved that the Board approve the <br />changes in the Lee County School Budget as set out in Budget Amendment No. 12, <br />Capital Outlay Fund, as approved by the Lee County Board of Education on May <br />11, 1987. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote, the motion was unanimously adopted. <br />County Manager James W. Mills, Sr. , presented to the Board for its <br />consideration Budget Amendment No. 05/18/87/ 22 which carries out the dictates <br />of prior board action concerning the runway project at the Sanford-Lee County <br />Airport and an ordinance setting out a budget for the site preparation project known <br />as State Project No. 9. 9354109• After review and consideration, Commissioner <br />Gordon A. Wicker moved the adoption of the budget amendment and ordinance <br />as follows: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners that the 1986-87 Budget <br />be amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1.
