V'! <br />M <br />LEE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT <br />SAN-LEE HEIGHTS AREA III -#86-C-7214 <br />AMENDED PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />that, pursuant to Section 13. 2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina, the following grant project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br />Section 1. The project authorized is the Community Development Project <br />described in the work statement contained in the grant agreement #86-C-7214 <br />between this unit and the Department of Natural Resources and Community Develop- <br />ment for the period October 6, 1986, to December 31, 1988. This project <br />is more familiarly known as the San-Lee Heights III project. <br />Section 2. The offices of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with the <br />Grant project within the terms of the grant documents, the rules and regulations <br />of the Department of Natural Resources and Community Development and the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.
