n.~ 1? s; 213 The Agreement for funding, design-build, and operation of a water treatment plant by and between the County of Lee and Floyd Browne Associates, Inc. , a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby approved and the appropriate County officials are authorized to execute and deliver same for and on behalf of the County, subject to the classification of Deep River as a surface water supply classi- fication WS-III by the appropriate regulatory agencies. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resolution was adopted by a unanimous vote. Grants Administrator Buchanan presented and requested approval of a resolution approving an agreement with the Golden Poultry Company, Inc. After discussion, Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr, , moved the adoption of the following: RESOLUTION APPROVAL OF WATER PURCHASE CONTRACT WHEREAS, Lee County has been requested by GOLDEN POULTRY COMPANY, INC., to enter into a Water Purchase Contract, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, that: The Water Purchase Contract by and between the County d Lee and Golden Poultry Company, Inc. , a copy of which is attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby approved and the appropriate County officials are authorized to execute and deliver same for, and on behalf of the County, subject to the classification of Deep aver as a surface water supply classification WS-III by the appropriate regulatory agencies.
