1 <br />n <br />r <br />l. tnat property owners will oe paid relmbursed for <br />rmeta ary expenses as speclfia St. .,ectSoa a 303 and <br />304 of the yederal act. 300 12 ~7,fc <br />(i) That the applicant will execute such amendments to <br />the above mentioned contracts and agreements and <br />execute, furnish, and be bound by Duch additional <br />documents as the Secretary of Housing and Urban <br />Development shall determine necessary to effectuate <br />or implement the <br />(j) That Lee County may provide relocation payments and assistance to inoiviuunia, <br />families, businesses, non profit organizations and farm operations displaced <br />by an activity that is not subject to the Uniform Act. Lee County <br />may also provide relocation payments and other assistance at levels above <br />those established under the Uniform Act. All such relocation <br />assistance (last resort) not required by the Uniform Act must be determined <br />by Lee County to be appropriate to its community development program. <br />Lee County will provide relocation assistance under this section to: <br />replace a dilapidated dwelling with comparable safe and sanitary housing <br />on the homeowners property and to provide homeowners and tenants with <br />relocation assistance at levels above those provided by Section 203($15,000) <br />and Section 204($4,000) of the act IF assistance at these levels is insufficient <br />provide homeowners and tenants with safe and sanitary comparable housing <br />replacement dwelling that meets "make whole" standards as provided under <br />(24 CFR 42.2(c)(6). This optional assistance 1s being provided under <br />24 CFR 570.606(b) and 15 NCAC 13L .1003(b). <br />AMENDED thisl 6th day of July, 1987, by adding the above paragraph (j). <br />Attest: <br />J n E.
