- <br />R TICS OF THE LEE :TY BOARD OF CO IONERS f <br />O <br />L OF LAND <br />ESTABLI Su 1NG JUST COMPENSAT N FOR A CERTAIN <br />- <br />IN SA-';FORD, LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />SAN-LEE HEIGHTS AREA III - PROJECT p86-C-7214 <br />12 <br />WhLREAS, an appraisal report by Mr. Clyde Burge for a parcel <br />shown on the attachments to this resolution, was presented to the Lee <br />County Board of Commissioners for their review; and <br />w HL'REAS, a review appraiser's (Mr. Albert Adcock), Fair Market <br />Value determination and his report therein was reviewed by the Lee County <br />board of Commissioners at the meeting held on June 15, 1987; and <br />" WHEREAS, information pertaining to the name of the owner, parcel <br />number and location noted in Lee County Registry Book No. 300 Page921/923~ <br />- <br />was available to each member of the Board of Commissioners <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners wish to establish <br />just compensation for the land only to be acquired by the Lee County_ - <br />board of commissioners;_ and - <br />B'hLREAS, the delimits of the property and the interest to be <br />acquired therein was presented to the Board of Commissioners; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />THAT, The board of Commissioners of the County of Lee certifies . <br />that the work of the appraiser and the review appraiser, with respect to <br />each property Has been performed in a competent manner-in accordance with <br />applicable State law, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property <br />Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public Law 91-646, and the Department <br />of nousing and Urban Development policies and requirements; and <br />THAT, Just Compensation is hereby established for the land as <br />follows; <br />Area Interest to Established Fair <br />Parcel F Acres Owners be Acquired Market Value <br />• x16 House only Sherman Ray House only $1,875.00 <br />ADOPTED this 10th day of August 1987, i <br /> <br />John L.
