nv 12 ?mr 303 <br />Mr. Leonard Barefoot, County Planner, appeared before the <br />Board and presented for the Board's consideration petitions asking that Luanne <br />Street and Hopemore Street in Carriage Hill Subdivision be paved and that <br />Northlakes Drive, Bethany Circle, and Cary Court in Northlakes Village Sub- <br />division be taken over for maintenance by DOT. Mr. Barefoot advised that the <br />Planning Board had recommended that the petitions be approved and forwarded to <br />DOT for its consideration. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews moved that the <br />Board adopt the DOT standard resolutions appropriate for granting said resolutions <br />and forward same together with the petitions to DOT for its consideration. <br />Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , seconded the motion and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker, and Dotterer. <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />Mr. Bobby Johnson presented the bids received for the sale of <br />surplus vehicles. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached to these minutes and by <br />this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Gordon A. <br />Wicker moved that the high bids as reported be accepted and that the dump truck <br />be resold. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer <br />NAY: Dossenbach <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a majority vote. <br />
