3 <br />r. 319 <br />WHEREAS, the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br />and the Lee County Human Services Agencies utilizing the Lee <br />County Transportation Development Plan met in Lee County on <br />July 8, 1987, to update the Lee County TDP and made revisions <br />resulting in an updated Capital Replacement Schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, vehicles 1FBH53163EHB85099, 1FBH5316EHB85098, <br />1FBH5316XEHB85097, 1FBH5316EHB 85096, IFBH531HOHFC0544, <br />B36JE9K372539, 1FBH531HOHFC0546, 2B7KB33W3FK291542, were <br />found to be still in the system. Vehicles 1GBG6P1B4GV112792, <br />1FOKE37L7GHB3363386, and 2B5WB31W8HK262618 are new acquisi- <br />tions since the 1985 schedule. Vehicle B36KTAX140301 was retired <br />through a sealed bid process with Lee County retaining 1070 or <br />$100 of the proceeds with the remainder reverting to DOT. Vehicle <br />B36JEK372541 was wrecked and total lossed with insurance funds <br />reverting to DOT, but will be returned to Lee County to rehabilitate <br />vehicle B36JE9K372540; and <br />WHEREAS, all vehicles listed on the 1985 schedule are accounted <br />for and noted on the updated schedule; disposition of vehicles has <br />occurred in the proper manner and noted on the undated schedule and <br />® new acquisitions are listed on the updated schedule: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEE COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS that the recommended Capital Replacement <br />Schedule of the vehicles utilized in the Lee County Transportation <br />Development Plan submitted to Lee County by the North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation be approved for use by the Lee County <br />Human Service Agencies until such time that the North Carolina Depart- <br />ment of Transportation recommends an update of the July 7, 1987 <br />schedule. <br />Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr, seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer. <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted. <br />The County Manager presented and reviewed Budget Amentment #7 <br />which he requested be approved by the Board. After discussion, Commissioner <br />® John R. Dossenbach, Jr, moved that the Budget be amended in the following <br />respects: <br />
