Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer NAY: None The Chairman ruled the Budget Amendment had been unanimously adopted. The County Manager distributed to each member of the Board a book on School Financing. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr, turned over to the County Manager for use by the appropriate agencies a copy of the Randolph County Development Ordinance. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker reported that he had received requests for aid in obtaining water in Glenwood Subdivision in West Sanford, people living on the Cox Mill Road in Jonesboro Township, and request from people in Friendship Village.
