review; and WHEREAS, Market Value reviewed by meeting held Obi 12 a review appraiser's (Mr. Albert Adcock), Fair determination and his report therein was the Lee County Board of Commissioners at the on June 15, 1987; and WHEREAS, information pertaining to the name of the owner, parcel number and location noted in Lee County Registry Book No. 79. 260 Page 654, 505 was available to each member of the Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners wish to establish just compensation for the land only to be acquired by the Lee County Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the delimits of the property and the interest to be acquired therein was presented to the Board of Commis- sioners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT, The Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee certifies that the work of the appraiser and the review appraiser, with respect to each property has been performed in a competent manner in accordance with applicable State law, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public Law 91-646, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development policies and requirements; and THAT, Just Compensation is hereby established for the land as follows; Area Interest to Established Fair Parcel # Acres Owners be Acquired Market Value 1 254.41 Jake Mayes Sewer Line $255.00 seepage line $1.00 per ft.
