900-1 12.=r.;;. 355 The Chairman ruled that the resolution had been unanimously adopted. County Manager Jim Mills presented material pertaining to the school facilities long range plan. The material and the long range plan as adopted by the Board of Education were discussed. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr, moved that the Board authorize the Board of Education to forward the long range plan pursuant to the School Facilities Finance Act of 1987 to the Division of School Planning of the State Board of Education, Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer. NAY: None. The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted. The tax releases and refunds for the month of November as prepared by the Lee County Tax Supervisor were presented to the Board for their consideration, copies of which are attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the releases and refunds as submitted by the Tax Supervisor be approved, Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr, seconded the motion, and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer. NAY: None. The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. County Manager Jim Mills presented matters pertaining to the relocating of the Youth Services Department. The matters were discussed but no formal action was taken. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker reported to the Board that he had heard complaints about the outward appearance of the first floor of the County Office Building, and he thought action should be taken to improve the appearance of the building in conformity with the buildings in the downtown business area. There being no further business to come before the session, it was adjourned sine die. John E.
