The Board of Commissioners authorize the closing <br />of Airport Reserve Account with the transfer of the above <br />funds. <br />SECTION 4. Copies of this budget shall be furnished to the <br />Finance Officer of Lee County, North Carolina, to be kept on <br />file for direction in collection of revenues and expenditures <br />of amounts appropriated. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion, and upon a vote <br />the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer <br />NAY: None <br />Mr. Buchanan presented to the Board for its consideration bids received <br />for work to be performed at the site of the proposed County water tank. After <br />reviewing the bids, Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the low bid of <br />Patterson Exploration Service at $3,360 be accepted provided that the bid and contract <br />signed covers the full requirements of the engineer for this type of service. <br />Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote the results <br />were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr, , as Chairman of the Public <br />Works Committee recommended that the County provide $7, 500 in next year's budget <br />to install new lighting for Dalrymple Park. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded <br />the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer <br />NAY : None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />Chairman John E. Dotterer presented a list of proposed Lee County Health <br />Advisory Council and asked the pleasure of the Board, Commissioner Bertha L. <br />Matthews moved the appointment of the following persons as the Lee County Health <br />Advisory Council to serve until July 1, 1988: <br />Dr, William B. Adams, Dr. Howard L. James, Dr, Dean Kessler, Elaine <br />
