eII(x V c 428 <br />The Chairman ruled that the resolution had been unanimously adopted, <br />and directed that the Petition and a copy of the Resolution be forwarded to the <br />proper office of the Division of Highways. <br />3. The Planning Board recommended approval of the abbreviated <br />final plat of the Hillcrest Farm Division, Section H. The Board considered the <br />matter following which Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr, moved that the <br />abbreviated final plat of the Hillcrest Farm Subdivision, Section H be approved. <br />Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote the <br />results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />4. The Planning Board had recommscnded approval of the preliminary <br />plat of the White Hill Meadows Subdivision. The Board discussed the matter with <br />the County Planner and reviewed the plats presented. Commissioner John R. <br />Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the Board approve the preliminary plan of the <br />White Hill Meadows Subdivision. Commissioner Gordon A, Wicker seconded the <br />motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />5. The Planning Board recommended approval of the final plat of the <br />Terry Reeves Subdivision in Lemon Springs. Mr. Barefoot presented copies of <br />the plat and reviewed the action to date concerning the Subdivision and adjoining <br />property. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. moved that the final plat of the <br />Terry Reeves Subdivision be approved. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews <br />seconded the motion. Upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer. <br />NAY: None <br />6. The County Planner presented a request from Carolina Trace <br />Corporation to reduce and extend a letter of credit guaranteeing certain <br />
