Boos V PACE 48, <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that Eva Brown be appointed to <br />the Youth Services Commission. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr., seconded the <br />motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Matthews, Wicker and Dossenbach <br />NAY: None <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled that the resolution had been unanimously <br />adopted and Ms. Brown appointed to the Youth Services Commission. <br />The County Manager brought to the Board's attention that they need to <br />establish a per diem rate for members of the Health Board. Commissioner Bertha <br />L. Matthews moved that the Board establish the per diem rate for members of the <br />Health Board at $20.00. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr., seconded,the motion <br />and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Matthews and Dossenbach <br />NAY: Wicker <br />The vice-Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a majority <br />vote <br />The Vice-Chairman appointed Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews, <br />Commissioner Gordon A.
