Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and the Board resumed its public session. The Board next considered the matter of holding a public hearing with respect to the leasing of the real property which was acquired by gift for the purpose of providing for utility services to an industrial facility, to Floyd Browne Associates, Inc., together with easements providing access to such site and also a public hearing with respect to a contract with Floyd Browne Associates, Inc. to provide utility services, namely the construction and operation of a water treatment plant for the supply of whater to an industrial facility. Commissioner John R., Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the Board determine the fair market value of the interest to be $12,672 and that the consideration for the lease is $1.00 per month, together with the acquisition of all improvements at the end of the lease which improvements are estimated to be worth two million dollars, and that accordingly the Board schedule a public hearing for 9:30 A. M. on October 3, 1988 after giving notice pursuant to G. S. 158-7.1 and that the hearing be held in the Commissioners' room in the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr., seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted.
