C. State Plane Coordinate System: Y = 659,790.3440 and X = 1,930,570.6550; and running thence from said beginning point with the line of division between the lands of Proctor and Golden Poultry Company, Inc., North 19 degrees 48 minutes 43 seconds West 872 feet to a point marked by an iron pipe, which point is also located South 19 degrees 48 minutes 42 seconds East 1419.05 feet from an existing iron pipe on the bank of Deep River, the northwesterly corner of Golden Poultry Company Inc.'s tract; thence as a new line, North 71 degrees 02 minutes 18 seconds East 700.00 feet to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence as another new line, South 20 degrees 56 minutes 31 seconds East 372 feet to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence as another new line South 71 degrees 01 minute 42 seconds west 350 feet tc a point marked by an iron pipe; thence as another new line, South 16 degrees 56 r__nutes 18 seconds East 500 feet to a point -arked by an iron pipe; thence as another new line, South 71 degrees 01 minute 42 seconds West 350 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING. 2. The contract with Floyd Browne Associates, Inc. , to provide utility services, namely the construction and operation of a water treatment plant for the supply of water, to an industrial facility dated June 1, 1987, is hereby approved retroactively as of June 1, 1987. The County will purchase the entire production of potable treated water from the operator and will sell potable treated water to industrial customers and other customers as the County deems appropriate. The sale of the potable treated water will produce sufficient revenue to pay the purchase price of water from the operator of the water treatment plant. commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resclution had been unanimously adopted. Miss Mary Ellen Bowen, Director of the Downtown Merchants Bureau appeared before the Board and requested that the Board consider making improve- ments to the County Office Building and leasing a space. An extended discussion between the members of the Board and Ms. Bowen followed her presentation but no formal action was taken. Mrs. Gladys Fisher appeared before the Board on behalf of
