Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote the results were as follows: A`1 E: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews and Wicker NAY: None ABSENT: Dotterer The Vice-Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and declared the public hearing open. After all persons who desired to speak on the subject had been recognized and heard, Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the public hearing be closed. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews and Wicker NAY: None ABSENT: Dotterer The Vice-Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and that the public hearing was closed. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the Board go into an executive session to consult with the County Attorney on legal matters. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews and Wicker NAY: None ABSENT: Dotterer The Vice-Chairman ruled that the resolution had been unanimously adopted and the Board went into executive session. Commissioner John E. Dotterer joined the meeting immediately following the vote and participated in the further deliberations of the Board. Following the executive session (during which no formal action was taken) Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews moved that the executive session be closed, and that the Board resume its regular session. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr.. seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and the executive session closed and the regular session resumed.
