Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote the <br />results were as follows: <br />A`1 E: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews and Wicker <br />NAY: None <br />ABSENT: Dotterer <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and <br />declared the public hearing open. After all persons who desired to speak on the <br />subject had been recognized and heard, Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that <br />the public hearing be closed. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the <br />motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews and Wicker <br />NAY: None <br />ABSENT: Dotterer <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and <br />that the public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the Board go into an executive <br />session to consult with the County Attorney on legal matters. Commissioner Raymond <br />C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews and Wicker <br />NAY: None <br />ABSENT: Dotterer <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled that the resolution had been unanimously adopted and <br />the Board went into executive session. Commissioner John E. Dotterer joined the <br />meeting immediately following the vote and participated in the further deliberations of <br />the Board. Following the executive session (during which no formal action was taken) <br />Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews moved that the executive session be closed, and <br />that the Board resume its regular session. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr.. <br />seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Wicker and Dotterer <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and the <br />executive session closed and the regular session resumed. <br />Commissioner John R.
