Box 1968 <br />Sanford, NC 27331 <br />Re: 2011 -2012 IAS Support Renewal <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />Dear Mr. Edwards: <br />The County's current IAS Support Agreement runs through October 31, 2011. Article 3, 'Period <br />of Agreement,' paragraph 3.1 'Subsequent Period of Agreement' allows for the renewal of IAS <br />Support for an additional year through written consent by both Tyler and Lee County. This <br />Letter will authorize this renewal and extend the period of agreement from November 1, 2011 <br />to October 31, 2012 <br />Upon the signing of this Letter of Agreement, both parties agree that the Terms & Conditions of <br />the original contract's Articles of Agreement and Scope of Services remain in full force and effect <br />for the term of this renewal. <br />Below is a breakdown of those services and this term's corresponding fees: <br />Support Services: <br />IAS Maintenance Support $30,630.00 <br />Oracle' Annual Technical Support �3 960.00 <br />Total Due $34,590.00 <br />The total fee for the above services provided under this Agreement is THIRTY -FOUR THOUSAND <br />FIVE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($34,590.00). Enclosed with this Letter is an invoice for the <br />above referenced amount. In addition, the enclosed 2012 Time & Material Rates are included as <br />part of this Letter. Please sign all copies and return one (1) to me in the postage paid envelope <br />included with this letter. <br />
