II. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Commissioner Smith moved to approve the Consent Agenda as amended, which <br /> consisted of the following items: <br /> A. Minutes from the December 17, 2018 Regular Meeting. <br /> B. Request from the Health Department to accept Child Health funding in the amount <br /> of$5,005. <br /> C. Budget Amendment# 01/07/19/09. <br /> D. Appointment of Rebecca Hunter to the Lee County Library Board of Trustees. <br /> Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br /> Aye: Dalrymple, Del Palazzo, Dodson, Knecht, Reives, Sharpe, Smith <br /> Nay: None <br /> Chair Dalrymple ruled the motion had carried unanimously. <br /> III. Request for approval of Lee County Promise Memorandum of Understanding with <br /> Central Carolina Community Colleqe. <br /> Dr. Marchant, Central Carolina Community College President, provided the Board <br /> with information regarding the program. During budget discussions for the fiscal year 2019, <br /> Central Carolina Community College presented a new program for the Lee County Board <br /> of Commissioners to fund, called Lee County Promise. This program will allow Lee County <br /> residents who graduate from a high school in Lee County, the opportunity to attend CCCC <br /> Page 216 <br />
