Further,the total construction timeframe for the project is <br /> estimated at 9 months from award of construction contract by the County. However,this could change based on <br /> the contractor's progress and if the lowest responsible bidder had an excessive amount of RFI's and/or <br /> subcontractors and typically would be anticipated for this type of work. <br /> I.
