COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES Basic Services WithersRavenel proposes to provide the services outlined in B.Scope of Services for a lump sum amount of Two Hundred Forty-Six Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($246,200), as detailed below. This estimate has been provided in good faith and may not be exceeded without being substantiated and mutually agreed by WithersRavenel and Lee County. WithersRavenel will submit monthly invoice statements to Lee County for all work completed. The amount of the statement will be based on the percentage of the project accomplished during the billing period as estimated by WithersRavenel. The County agrees to make prompt monthly payments in response to the monthly statements. Interest shall be charged at the rate of one and one-half(1.5)percent per month on all balances due over 90 days from date of invoice. Breakdown of Fees Task Fee Task 1-Project Management&Administration $17,300 Task 2-Site Inventory&Analysis $12,000 Task 3-Topographic Survey&Subsurface Evaluations $57,600 Task 4-Opinion of Probable Costs $7,200 Task 5-Preliminary/Schematic Design(30%Plans) $15,800 Task 6-Design Development(60%Plans) $25,500 Task 7-Permitting Services $8,100 Task 8-Construction Documents $48,200 • Task 9-Bidding Assistance $5,000 Task 10-Limited Construction Administration/Observation 549.500 TOTAL $246,200 Reimbursable Expenses Reimbursable expenses are in addition to compensation for Basic and Additional Services and include expenses incurred by WithersRavenel or our consultants in the interest of the Project.These expenses will be billed in accordance with Exhibit X and include but are not limited to the following: ► Mileage/Travel(for all meetings,site visits,public outreach) ► Courier Trips ► Prints/document copies(includes schematics,color renderings,plan drawings) • ► Postage/FedEx ► Review Fees(if applicable) Reimbursable expenses will be invoiced at actual cost and are estimated to be Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars($8,800). H. TIMELINE FOR SERVICES WithersRavenel agrees to commence work upon receipt of written notice to proceed from Lee County. WithersRavenel will not be held responsible for any delays in time of completion resulting from: ► The County's failure to carry out any of the responsibilities listed under Section E in a timely manner ► Lee County requesting Additional Services as outlined in Section C ► Any other circumstances beyond the control of WithersRavenel Lee County Park Design WR No.02181091.00 12.04.18 Page 11 of 12
