The <br /> documents will serve as the basis of the construction contract with the County's selected General Contractor. <br /> One(1) revision to the plans based on comments received from review and regulatory agencies including Lee <br /> County are included in this task. <br /> Specifications will cover civil and landscape design elements included in the plans that are not defined specifically <br /> through the plans. <br /> The project will be advanced in accordance with County and NCDEQ standards and requirements to produce <br /> Design Development Plans that will include,but not be limited to,the following: <br /> / Cover sheet <br /> / Existing conditions survey <br /> / Demolition plans <br /> / General notes and standard drawings <br /> ► Typical sections <br /> ► Construction details <br /> ► Drainage summary • <br /> / Plan and profiles for utilities <br /> ► Site grading and drainage <br /> ► Erosion control plans <br /> ► Traffic Control plans,if necessary <br /> ► Specifications and Special Provisions <br /> 8.2 Utility Coordination <br /> Based upon updated information provided by utility owners,WithersRavenel will identify and coordinate any <br /> remaining utility issues with design team,County and utility owners. WithersRavenel will prioritize based on <br /> impact on the construction schedule,and coordinate with utility owners accordingly to eliminate potential delays <br /> during construction.
