Commissioners <br />present were Richard B. Hayes, Larry "Doc" Oldham, Nathan E. Paschal, Linda A. Shook, and James <br />K. Womack, Jr. Commissioners Charles T. Pa[ksand Robert T. Reives were not in attendance. Staff <br />in attendance included County Manager John Crumpton; Attorney K. R. Hoyle, Deputy County <br />Attorney Dale Talbert, and Clerk to the Board Gaynell <br />Members from both Board's and gues <br />Concealed Weapons class currently being taught <br />explained the program., <br />observed and participated in a session of the <br />Ithe,Training Center. Training Officer James Estes <br />Dinner was prepared by th`eCulinary Class from Central Carolina Community College's Harnett <br />campus. <br />Julian Philpott, Chairman_,,of the Central Carolina Community College <br />welcomed guests. <br />followed and an overview of the college were given by President <br />Linda A.
