AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />OF LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />WHEREAS, a request to amend the Official Zoning Map has been received from James M. <br />Thomas, Agent and Sales Manager for Petroleum Recovery Services (Case #2011 -0801) to <br />rezone Lee County Tax Parcel 9610 -05 -4721 from Light Industrial Conditional Use (LI -CU) <br />district to South Plank Road LLC Conditional Zoning district for a contractor's office with outdoor <br />storage and above ground storage tanks; and <br />WHEREAS, said request has been presented to the Lee County Planning Board; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners conducted a public hearing on August 15, <br />2011 to receive citizen input on the requested zoning map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners approves the request to amend the <br />Official Zoning Map of Lee County, North Carolina; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS: <br />The Official Zoning Map is hereby amended to rezone Lee County Tax Parcel 9610 -05 -4721 <br />from Light Industrial Conditional Use (LI -CU) district to South Plank Road LLC Conditional <br />Zoning district for a contractor's office with outdoor storage and above ground storage tanks.
