This resolution shall be in full force and <br />effect immediately upon adoption. <br />Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously <br />adopted. <br />The request of Mr. Bobby B. Johnson, Director of Public <br />Works, for authority to dispose of unserviceable trash containers was <br />presented to the Board.
