0 0 BOOK V Pau 566 Chairman. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., moved that Commissioner Albert L. Cox be elected Chairman by voice vote. Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr., seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker NAY: None Commissioner Cox having been elected Chairman by a unanimous vote, he assumed the chair and presided over the further deliberations of the P,oard. Chairman Cox called for Ballots were distributed and after counted the results were as follows: the election of a Vice-Chairman.. they were marked and signed, when COMMISSIONER Dossenbach Matthews Stafford Wicker Cox VOTED FOR Dossenbach Wicker Wicker Wicker Wicker The Clerk announced that Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker had received a majority of the votes and the Chairman declared that Commissioner Wicker had been elected Vice-Chairman. Chairman Cox called for appointments to the positions of Clerk to the Board and County Attorney. Commissioner. Matthews moved that K. R. Hoyle be reappointed as Clerk to the Board and County Attorney. Commissioner.
