Boor 12 HIGE 670 <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been adopted by a majority <br />vote and the Board was in public session. <br />Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. moved that the board <br />authorize the Chairman to compromise, adjust and settle the pending claims <br />between the County and Centurian Construction Company and Bolton <br />Corporation on the pending claims pertaining to the general construction, <br />electrical construction, plumbing construction and mechanical construction <br />at the Human Resources Building, and to authorize the Chairman for and on <br />behalf of the Board to approve change orders and the payment of same. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote the <br />results were as follows: <br />AYE: Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />Absent: Dossenbach and Matthews <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been duly adopted. <br />There being nothing further come before the session, Commissioner <br />Gordon A. Wicker moved that the session be adjourned. Commissioner William <br />C.
