FACE 6816 Highways is hereby requested to review the above described <br />road, and to take over the road for maintenance if it meets <br />established standards and criteria. <br />Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. seconded the motion and <br />upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled that the resolution had been unanimously <br />adopted. <br />Mr. Barefoot next reported that the Planning Board had <br />recommended that the proposed subdivision being developed off of Steel <br />Bridge Road be known as "Westbrooke Subdivision" in lieu of "Twelve <br />Oaks" of "Westpointe Subdivision" as previously proposed. Commissioner <br />William C. Stafford, Jr. moved that the change of name for the <br />subdivision to "Westbrooke Subdivision" be approved. Commissioner <br />Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were <br />as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox. <br />NAY: None. <br />adopted. <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously <br />Mr. Bobby B. Johnson, Director of Public Works, appeared <br />before the Board of Commissioners and presented a list of user fees for <br />Commercial/ Industrial waste and waste that requires special handling <br />which he wished to initiate at the County Landfill on April 1, 1989. <br />The matter was discussed at length by the members of the Board of <br />Commissioners following which Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. Moved <br />the adoption of the following resolution: <br />follows: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for Lee County as <br />Section 1. That user fees be established for the Lee County <br />Landfill for all persons, firms, and corporations who bring <br />the following types of solid waste as follows: <br />1. Industrial/Commercial Waste <br />a. 40 yd. roll-off container $20.00 <br />b. 30 yd. roll-off container 15.00 <br />- 7 - <br />
