The <br />members of the Board of Commissioners were not pleased with the response <br />received or the position taken by the City officials in this regard. <br />Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr., moved that the Board of <br />Commissioners go on record as requesting the City of Sanford to include <br />in their budget for the Fiscal Year from July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990, <br />funds to participate in the animal control program as they had done in <br />the years prior to the Fiscal Year from July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989, <br />and the County Manager is requested to communicate to the City of <br />Sanford officials the action taken. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews <br />seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />adopted. <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously <br />There being no further business to come before the session, <br />Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews moved that the meeting be adjourned sine <br />die Commissioner John R.
