The document entitled "Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Funding, Design-Build and Operation of Water Treatment Plant" is approved as to form and pursuant to the authority granted in General Statute 158-7.1 the execution and delivery of said Amendment for and on behalf of the County of Lee by the Chairman and Clerk is hereby authorized and directed. 4. The easement agreement between the County of Lee and B M A Technologies on the 0.34 acre parcel dated March 20, 1989, is approved as to form and pursuant to the authority granted by General Statute 160A-273 as made applicable to Counties by General Statute 153A-176, the execution and delivery of said easement agreement for and on behalf of the County of Lee by the Chairman and Clerk is authorized and directed. 5. The County of Lee hereby consents to the assignment by B M A Technologies, Inc. to Floyd Browne Associates, a general partnership of the following documents: 1. The leasehold deed of trust from Floyd Browne Associates and the County of Lee in favor of Southern National Bank of North Carolina on the ten (10) acre site conveyed to the County of Lee by Gold Kist, Inc. by deed recorded in Book YZ I( , Page 196 , Lee County Registry is approved as to form and pursuant to the authority granted by the General Assembly of North Carolina in Senate Bill 490, Chapter 21 Session Laws of 1989, the execution and delivery of said leasehold deed of trust for and on behalf of the County of Lee by the Chairman and Clerk is hereby authorized and directed. 2. The ground lease from the County of Lee to B M A Technologies, Inc. (formerly Floyd Browne Associates, Inc.) is approved as to form and pursuant to the authority granted in General Statute 158-7.1 the execution and delivery of said ground lease for and on behalf of the County of Lee by the Chairman and Clerk is hereby authorized and directed and further the Chairman and Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and deliver a memorandum of said lease for recordation. 3.
