7 0, IN M. ~2 1 <br />of Commissioners will appoint one representative to work with Mr. John <br />Cgburn to select his replacement as Manager in advance of the contract <br />termination and to provide for an orderly transition in management, and <br />that the lease be amended to provide in Article 10 other conditions and <br />a new Section 11.4 which reads as follows:"At the end of the third year <br />of said five-year Contract, the Airport Commission, Sanford City Board <br />of Aldermen, and the Lee County Board of Commissioners will appoint one <br />representative each to work with John Ogburn, the principal stockholder <br />of Lessee, to select a successor base operator in advance of the lease <br />termination and for an orderly transition in management by the base <br />operator." Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. seconded the motion and <br />upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />adopted. <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously <br />The Board next considered the report of Mr. Bobby B. Johnson, <br />Director of Public Works, with respect to vehicles which he deems in <br />excess of the County's needs to be disposed of which he recommended be <br />disposed of by public auction. The Board considered the list and <br />directed that the 1986 Ford Crown Victoria, ID #2FABP43GOGX158473, be <br />repaired and returned to service. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. <br />moved the adoption of the following Resolution: <br />WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee desires <br />to dispose of certain surplus property of the County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />County of Lee: <br />1.
