Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. The Board noted and discussed the minutes from several of the rural fire departments. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the Board go into executive session to discuss pending litigation. Commissioner Williiam C. Stafford, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resolution had unanimously passed and that the Board was in executive session. Following the executive session, Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the executive session be closed and the Board resume its open session. Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr., seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were: AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox NAY: None The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted and the Board was back in open session.
