eoo, 12 PACE 731 1, hereof, are not private activity bonds as defined in the Code and (ii) the Issuer, together with any subordinate entities, reasonably expects that it will not issue more than $16,000,000 of tax-exempt obligations (other than private activity bonds which are not qualified (501)c) (3) bonds during calendar year 1989. In addition, the Issuer hereby designates the above-mentioned notes as "qualified tax-exempt obligations" for the purposes of Section 265(b)(3) of the Code. The motion having been duly seconded and the resolution having been considered, it was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox NAY: None The Committee concerned with the auction of surplus real and personal property submitted a report recommending the following actions: (1) Schedule the auction for the disposal of surplus personal property on June 24, 1989, at 10:00 A. M. at the Lee County Armory; (2) Schedule the auction for the disposal of surplus real property for mid-July;/ (3) Solicit formal bid packages from qualified auctioneering firms for a turnkey auction.
