Stafford, Jr. moved to authorize the Chairman to <br />execute and deliver the contract for and on behalf of the County. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote the results <br />were as follows: <br />AYE:Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman declared the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. moved that Mr.Robert T. <br />Mitchell of the firm of Hayes-Howell Architects correct his letter to the <br />developers who were not considered for final consideration on the Resource <br />Center to reflect that the architects and a committee did not select these <br />parties and it was not the Board of Commissioners who had rejected them. <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote the <br />results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been unanimously adopted. <br />The Board next considered the contract between the County and <br />Stuart-Fitchett Architects for reroofing the courthouse building. <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the contract be approved and <br />the Chairman be authorized to execute and deliver the same for and on behalf <br />of the County. Commissioner William C.
