Dr. Marchant <br />and Ms. Rosalind Cross gave a short overview of the program. It was stated that changes will be made <br />to the By -Laws to appoint new members for 4 -year terms from July 1" through June 30'". The Board of <br />Commissioners was asked to appoint someone from the Public Employment Service representative <br />area and to extend terms of current members they have already appointed. Senior Services Director Debbie Davidson stated a public hearing is required as part of the <br />grant application.
