The Board next considered a contract with North West Pocket Voluntary Fire Department for fire protection services in the North West Pocket Fire District. The County Attorney reported that he had reviewed the contract and recommended its approval. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the contract be approved and that the appropriate County officials be authorized to execute and deliver the contract. Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox NAY: None The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. moved that the Board go into executive session to consider personnel matters, legal matters and possible land acquisition. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox NAY: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted and the Board was in executive session.
