The County Attorney reported that he had reviewed <br />the contract and recommended its approval. Commissioner John R. <br />Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the contract be approved and that the <br />appropriate County officials be authorized to execute and deliver the <br />contract. Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. seconded the motion and <br />upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. <br />Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. moved that the Board go <br />into executive session to consider personnel matters, legal matters and <br />possible land acquisition. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. seconded <br />the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted and <br />the Board was in executive session. <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the executive <br />session be closed. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and <br />upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />AYE: Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, Wicker and Cox <br />NAY: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted and <br />the Board had resumed its open meeting. <br />There being no further business to come before the session, <br />Commissioner John R.
