This software will be at <br />an additional fee to be determined later as it is developed. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach advised that he served on the <br />revaluation committee with Commissioner Stafford and they have <br />met several times with Mr. Kelly and Mr. Crissman, Tax <br />Administrator. Commissioner Dossenbach advised he would like to <br />state publicly his appreciation to Mr. Kelly for his leadership <br />and ability. Commissioner Dossenbach moved for approval of the <br />following: <br />A. A valuation date of January <br />years thereafter. <br />B. $10,000 to purchase software <br />C. The Chairman <br />recognized Mr. Ronnie Martin, Director Youth Services. who <br />advised the Youth Commission recommended adoption of this <br />Resolution. Commissioner Wicker reported that the Youth <br />Commission followed guidelines used by the Council for the Aging <br />with one or two changes. Commissioner Wicker moved for adoption <br />of the following Resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH LEE COUNTY YOUTH SERVICES <br />AND TO CREATE THE LEE COUNTY YOUTH COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, Lee CountY deems it appropriate to meet the <br />special needs of children by establishing a Youth Services <br />Agency and creating a Youth Commission in order to provide a <br />comprehensive and integrated approach to the delivery of <br />services to Lee County's youth in the fields of health, mental <br />health, social services, recreation, emergency shelter care and <br />other programs under federal, state, and local authority; IT IS <br />NOW THEREFORE resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Lee County, North Carolina as follows: <br />ARTICLE I: LEE COUNTY YOUTH COMMISSION <br />SECTION 1.
