At that time a resolution was considered declaring the <br />old health center surplus and accepting bids on a certain date. <br />The publication date cannot be met and, therefore, we need to <br />take action to declare this property surplus and to accept <br />sealed bids. Commissioner Cox moved for adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee <br />desires to dispose of certain surplus property of the County of <br />Lee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />Commissioners of the County of Lee that: <br />1.
