Thompson, Planner II <br />REQUEST & SUMMARY: Adopt an Ordinance to amend the Lee County Zoning Map <br />regarding Application No. 2008-1201 submitted by Ms. Faye <br />Baker to rezone from Residential Restricted (RR) District to <br />Residential Agricultural (RA) District 4.30± acres of land located <br />on Valley Road beginning at a point 278± feet south west from the <br />intersection of Valley Road and Forestwood Park Road. The <br />property is also the same as depicted on Lee County Tax Map <br />9624.02, Tax Parcels 9624-88-5061, 9624-87-6817, Lee County <br />Land Records. <br />BUDGET IMPACT: N/A <br />ATTACHMENT(S): Staff report <br />Zoning Map <br />Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of Lee County <br />PUBLIC HEARING: No <br />PRIOR BOARD ACTION: Public hearing held on November 17, 2008 with the Board of <br />Commissioners and Planning Board. <br />At the public hearing, Ms. Faye Baker spoke in favor of the <br />rezoning. No one spoke in opposition to the request. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board, by a unanimous vote, recommends that the <br />Board of Commissioners approve Application 2008-1201 as <br />submitted and adopt an Ordinance to amend the Lee County <br />Zoning Map. <br />
