This bond is continuous in nature until <br />cancelled by the County or the Surety. This bond has been renewed, and premium has been <br />received, for the July 1, 2008 <br />- 2009 term as follows: <br />Position <br />Finance Director <br />Register of Deeds <br />Tax Administrator <br />Bond Penalty <br />$100,000 <br />$ 50,000 <br />$100,000 <br />Additionally, Lee County currently carries a bond through Ohio Casualty Insurance Company <br />in the amount of $25,000 for the Sheriff, Tracy Lynn Carter, under Bond No. 3932265. This <br />bond will definitely expire December 6, 2010.
