032 <br />• APPLICATION FOR A FRANCHISE FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT, USE AND OPERATION OF A LAND <br />CLEARING AND INERT DEBRIS (LCID) LANDFILL IN <br />LEE COUNTY, NC <br />Northwest Pocket LCID, LLC <br />1819 Pickard Road <br />Sanford, NC 27330 <br />Facility will be a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). Ownership interests are <br />equally distributed between the following individuals: <br />Johnny B. Knight <br />1945 Pickard Road <br />Sanford, NC 27330 <br />Michael W. Barbour <br />511 E. Main Street <br />Sanford, NC 27332 <br />2. Per Strategic Services aerial photo dated 9/5/08. <br />r 3. Equipment to be used in the operation of the LCID: <br />2 - 1155 Case Track Loaders <br />1 - Komatsu D85E Dozer <br />1 - 1150 E Dozer <br />] - Daewoo Track Hoe <br />4. Employees and job descriptions of individuals to be used: <br />1 - Equipment Operator <br />I - Office Staff <br />5. Included tinder separate cover. <br />6. The LCID will primarily serve the citizens of Lee County, but will accept debris <br />from surrounding counties (Harnett, Moore and Chatham). <br />7. Since the closing of the Lee County operated C&D Landfill, few options exist for <br />the proper disposal of land clearing and inert debris within Lee County. In most <br />cases, Lee County residents have to take their debris out of the County. This <br />facility will benefit County residents by providing a more convenient option. <br />• 8.
