A. <br />XX Information <br />Meeting Date: October 20, 2008 Action Item <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: Request to Appear before the Board <br />DEPARTMENT: <br />CONTACT PERSON: Mr. Lewis Riddle <br />REQUEST: Donation of Road Signs for Renaming of ROD Sullivan Road <br />SUMMARY: Mr. Lewis Riddle has completed the required paperwork to appear <br />before the Board to discuss the renaming and new road signs for <br />ROD Sullivan Road. <br />BUDGET IMPACT: N/A <br />ATTACHMENT(S): Request to appear before the Board dated September 16, 2008 <br />PUBLIC HEARING: No <br />PRIOR BOARD ACTION: In June 2002 the Planning Board denied this same request after the <br />public hearing and residents who had signed petitions were <br />inforimed numerous address change notifications would be required. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Refer to the GIS and Planning Departments for the proper process. <br />
