Additionally, Level I and lI group homes <br />would continue to be permitted by right (staff approval) in the NC, O-I, C-1, C-2 and <br />LIC districts. <br />• Level III and IV group homes (most intense) would no longer be permitted in any <br />residential zoning district (including MP-12). Additionally, Level III and IV group <br />homes would be permitted in NC, 0-1.
