023 <br />Sanford/ Lee Count Technical Review Committee Meeting 2008-06-26 Notes <br />Below is a summary of the comments from the TRC meeting. <br />Contact information is provided if you have additional questions. <br />Carpe Subdivision - A 22 lot major subdivision located on property addressed as 1385 Dycus <br />Road (SR1309), also identified as PIN#9611-42-9119-OO.The project proposes public water & <br />private septic systems. The site is zoned Residential Agricultural (RA), but is proposed for rezoning <br />as Residential Restricted (Lee County's jurisdiction). <br />Proiect Contact: Robert E. Tucker of Wetherill EngineerinP - 919-851-8077 or rtucker@wetherilleng.com <br />Project Reps. in Attendance: Robert Tucker <br />City of Sanford Engineering Department comments: (VC in attendance) <br />• Standard note: The developer and/or contractor are responsible for working with the City <br />Engineering Dept. & the Public Works Dept. regarding any/all extension & connections to <br />public utilities. <br />• Standard note: The City reviews all projects taking place inside the City limits for items the <br />City has jurisdiction for, i.e., water and sewer lines, roadway, land use, setbacks, etc. Erosion <br />Control and other DWQ requirements are the responsibility of the State of North Carolina <br />to enforce and conforming to the permit requirements is the developer's responsibility. <br />During construction, the State is responsible for investigation to ensure compliance through <br />the construction process. <br />• Standard note: Please provide a digital copy (AutoCAD 2000) of the as-built drawing(s) to <br />the City Engineering Dept. The Fire Marshall's Office makes no warranty that <br />the plans conform to all technical codes and contain no defects. Should such defects in the <br />® plans be discovered during construction it will be the applicant's responsibility to correct. <br />This project may be subject to the architectural standards of the American with Disabilities <br />
