The RA district permits all housing types <br />which includes manufactured homes. <br />The Residential Restricted (RR) district is designed for low-density single-family residential areas. <br />This district allows a minimum lot size of 30,000 square feet (.69 acres), a street yard setback of 30 <br />feet, side yard setbacks of 15 feet and a rear yard setback of 30 feet. Unlike the RA district, the RR <br />distract limits the housing types to site built homes and modular homes only. <br />Both districts permit similar uses such as major subdivisions, bona fide farms and agricultural uses. <br />The major difference in the zoning districts are the housing types allowed. <br />Conformance with the 2020 Land Use Plan <br />The Sanford and Lee County 2020 Land Use Plan has not classified this property for any particular <br />development.
